When you connect an AI assistant or other application to Mosaic, we receive the requests it makes on your behalf, such as search terms and document references, and return information. We do not receive your conversations with that application. We use information about these requests to operate the integration, apply usage limits, keep it secure and understand usage. Anonymous user identifiers provided by the application are used only to manage request limits.

7. Security

We use industry standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. We never store your card details or other sensitive payment information. Payments are handled by established payment partners such as Stripe, and we keep only the references needed to link your subscription to your account. You are responsible for keeping your API keys and connected applications secure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can manage your conversations, shared links, connected applications and API keys in your account. We believe in privacy and data sovereignty. You can ask us to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to delete your account, and we will honor these requests wherever you live, even where the law does not require us to, except for records we must keep by law.
